Paul fromRusty’s Island Chipsposes with three of fans at the Orange County Market Place.

Paul’s farther started making the amazing chips in Costa Mesa in the early 1980s. The crunch is what makes the Island Chips my favorite.They are made in small batchesRusty doesn’t blanch or wash the slices like all other chip manufactures that do both to achieve a consistent white color.

Paul and his twin brother Russell are at the Market Place every weekend giving away free samples and selling  their chips for an unbeatable price.

Men and women in paid skirts enjoyed the MarketPlace spilling over from the Scottish Festivals. They had a great time enjoying the food, vendors and showing off their attire.
